Controller system and computer system

In the manual wood rotary machine, the spindle is connected to the linear axis system by means of tools and provides the basis for the movement of the spindle in the X and Y directions, which will cause vertical cuts by moving the table of the wood rotary CNC machine. But in the advanced models of CNC wood rotary machine, the linear axis system can perform all horizontal and vertical movements. In the advanced mode, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 16-head systems are used in wood rotary cnc, which can perform different vertical and horizontal cuts at the same time.
Vacuum press machine
Vacuum press machine is one of the types of practical machines in the field of wood industry, which is very useful for producing decorative accessories and making decorations and equipment. In general, a vacuum press machine is used by applying pressure to place an additional layer, which may be of any material. To describe the function of the vacuum press, it should be said that the two factors of heat and vacuum play a very important role. At first, the operator determines the design pattern and speed of operation from the control part of the device, and after setting the optimal conditions for coating the desired part, the temperature used, and the amount of vacuum, the product production stage begins. In the product production stage, the vacuum press elements are activated and the tray of the machine is heated, then the work piece is placed on the tray and the additional layer is placed on the piece according to the pattern of the tray. After the layer is exposed to heat, the suction device is also activated and creates a vacuum in its lower part.
